A Tiger Act

I see tigers and these tigers seem pretty happy to me.  Clearly, Jennifer Tsan (and friends) isn’t a tiger mom but this picture is too cute not to share.

Lately, I’ve been having some conversations with various friends about the meaning of life, what makes us happy, our passions, etc.  We live in a very success and status driven culture, where sacrificing your needs to live the so-called American Dream is the norm, just as our parents and forefathers laid the foundation for us at a young age.

Celebrating 5 Years at Microsoft and 5 Lessons Learned

Yesterday, I celebrated my 5 years at Microsoft.  The tradition is to bring in a pound of candy for each year served, so I’ve already burdened my team with consuming 5 pounds of M&Ms to start their week.  Since I can’t share the love with everyone, I thought I’d share 5 sweet lessons in lieu of candy.
